By accessing or using Cannabrands ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended exclusively for licensed cannabis businesses operating in compliance with applicable state and local laws. By using the Platform, you represent that:

  • You are a licensed cannabis business (dispensary, retailer, or brand)
  • You are authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business
  • Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

4. Platform Use

The Platform facilitates B2B wholesale transactions between licensed cannabis businesses. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5. Transactions

All transactions conducted through the Platform are between the buyer and seller. Cannabrands serves as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to transactions unless explicitly stated.

6. Compliance

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their activities on the Platform comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including cannabis licensing requirements and track-and-trace regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by Cannabrands and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cannabrands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
